ant art
Mr Trueman’s artwork made from ants.
Chris Trueman bought the tiny creatures alive in batches of 40,000 for £330 each for his bizarre masterpiece.  The 32-year-old then had to kill them before painstakingly rearranging them into a picture using tweezers.  The final piece, which measures 48 inches by 42 inches, was priced at a staggering $35,000 dollars, around £23,000.

Smiling Baby 398
Don’t let this innocent little baby’s looks deceive you. He is one conniving little bastard

I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, It’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope, which is what I do. And that enables you to laugh at life’s realities.

Panhandler Dog 674
These are indeed desperate times

For those of you who think you have all the answers, you’re not asking the right questions. Those of you who think you know the right questions, well, clearly you’re not finding good answers. This has forever been life’s big dilemma.  Problem spotters don’t talk to the problem solvers, and by solving the wrong problem, the problem solvers are creating new problems for the problem spotters to spot. If only we had a solution for that.

The Breathtaking Beauty of Lexiaguo, China

Lexiaguo China 561
A place so secret, few tourists know of its existence
A place in south west of Kunming, Capital city of Yunnan Province. Because of remoteness and lack of infra structure and lodging etc. This place is not listed in the tourist map of China.
The red land of the eastern river is a place where one almost can not find it in China’s tourist maps. Even if  there is, it has only a few words to introduce it.

Food with Eyes 672
Always remember, your food is judging you as much as you are judging your food
Yesterday I heard someone raking their fingernails across a chalkboard and remember the hair standing up on the back of my neck. A while later I heard a young baby let loose with a blood-curdling primal scream that made my face turn pale. Then after dinner, I head the worst sound of all – dead silence. What is this world coming to? What ever happened to just-right?

Top 10 Photos of the Week..

Painting the Big
Guy 584
Where do you go when your body gets broken? Apparently to this guy
It’s been a tough week. I started off by saying, “Boy this is going to be a tough week!” and it most certainly was. Last week I started off by saying, “Wow, this is going to be an easy week,” and that was also true. So this week I’m going to start off by saying, “Hey, this looks like a terrific week for jumping off cliffs.” Self-fulfilling prophecy, or a new member of the Dead-Editors Society? You decide.

Top 10 Photos of the Week

Sometimes its the night people who have to work the daytime shifts and the day people have to work the night shifts. Other times its the south-going people who have to work up north and the north-going people who have to work down south. And even more ironically, sometimes its the homeless people who find themselves in a home, and the homeowners who find themselves homeless. Shouldn’t there be a law against this?
